Wanted: Actor for short experimental film on a writer having writer's block

Seeking Actors for Independent Local TV Show

Dream Catchers Films, Inc. is seeking actors for their upcoming project, The Fabulous Adventures of Mr. Buckethead. They are looking for actors who are 5'8” to 6'4” atheletic model build. Don't need to be overly muscular, but looking for someone who has experience in dance/fight choreography, martial arts, mime and possibly sign language. Someone who enjoys things that are retro can be a plus.  The actor has NO LINES. The ability to communicate through gesture and movement is very important.
 
Dream Catchers LLC is a film production company located in Pittsburgh, PA that has been in operation since 1981. 
 
The Fabulous Adventures of Mr. Buckethead is a broadly humorous TV series for kids based on the adventures of a live action super hero named Mr. Buckethead. 

Principal Filming for Mr. Buckethead would take place in Pittsburgh. This also includes the majority of the costume building, animation, miniature and model designing.  The pilot film will integrate 3 separate 30 minute episode. A 13-part television series will follow.

ACTORS NEEDED FOR POINT PARK DATABASE

POINTPARK UNIVERSITY- CINEMA ACTORS DATABASE

 

The Cinema and Digital Arts Program of Point Park University is creating the CINEMA ACTORS DATABASE.  This will be a catalog of actors and actresses who are interested in being cast in cinema student productions. The database will be accessible to the students of Point Park’s Cinema and Digital Arts Program.

 

This is an opportunity for actors and actresses to participate in productions by some of the most talented film students in the Pittsburgh area. 

 

Works by Point Park students have gone on to be exhibited at film festivals both nationally and internationally.
