31st Street Studios (formerly Mogul Mind Studios) is a 270,000 + square foot, riverfront facility located within walking distance from downtown Pittsburgh in the historic Strip District. This makes for a wonderful backdrop for on-location shoots adjacent to our facility. The studio area consists of 6 Studio Spaces ranging from 7,500 square feet to over 38,000 square feet with heights of up to 55 feet. There is plenty of on-site parking, trailer space, and studio access doors. Office space is also available along with "ready-to-build-in" areas for hair and makeup rooms, wardrobe, wood shops, metal shops, paint shops, etc.
