Terms and Conditions – Pittsburgh Film Office

• Anyone submitting videos to the Pittsburgh Film Office Screening Room must agree to the following:

I understand that the Pittsburgh Film Office is not obligated to either examine or use my submission material.
I acknowledge that the Pittsburgh Film Office will not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to the submission material or this release and I release the Pittsburgh Film Office Entities from any such claims.
I acknowledge that I am the owner of all submission material and have the full right and authority to submit the submission material to the Pittsburgh Film Office Screening Room. The submission material including images, soundtrack and music is original with me, and the submission of the submission material will not violate any law or any right of any individual or entity.
I give permission to the Pittsburgh Film Office to post my submission on the website. Any use outside of the exhibition on the website is prohibited without my consent.
I understand that the video may be removed from the website at any time.
